Very Bright Living Rooms That Will Warm Your Heart (Part I)

Having large windows is essential to fill your living room with natural light, but not the only one. The color, decoration, or distribution also lend you a hand.

1. OPEN TO THE OUTSIDE

To have a bright living room, a good orientation and large windows are necessary. The architects who own this penthouse created French windows on both sides of the living room that communicate with the two terraces. Thus, they duplicated the existing windows and allowed the light to circulate at will. A blank deco and the mirror trick also help.

2. WHITE AND WOOD

If you want to capture all the natural light in your living room, opt for white on the walls and ceiling and wooden pieces in the deco. This is how the interior designer has done it in her bright living room that opens onto the pool. All a success!

3. PANORAMIC VIEWS

With a house facing the sea, it would be a sin not to enjoy the landscape! In this, large windows were opened so that the living room will gain light and, of course, views. The interior designer chose white for her decoration and some tables with golden touches that “catch” the light and do not let it go.

4. IN NEUTRAL KEY

For a room to be bright, the base must be neutral. The sofa is white and the wood is light. The interior designer, in addition to implementing these infallible tricks, has added pieces of fiber in this room that opens onto the garden.

5. LET THE AIR RUN! (AND THE LIGHT)

Another good example of a bright living room at the foot of the garden is this one decorated. Two of its walls are glazed enclosures so that the light walks freely through the room. For its decoration, white, light wood, and fiber have been chosen again.

6. IMPERCEPTIBLE PROFILES

It will be difficult for you to know if you are inside or outside if you have a large window in your living room with fine profiles, like the one installed here by the interior designer. Notice how it blends in with the white wall and transforms the views into panoramic views. If you add to this a broken white sofa and a mirror on it that reflects the light, it will multiply by magic.
