Located in one of Spain’s most prestigious gated communities, the La Finca Residence by A-cero is a bold, sculptural interpretation of modern luxury living. This 17,222-square-foot home is part of an exclusive residential enclave in Pozuelo de Alarcón, just outside Madrid, where A-cero has designed multiple residences surrounded by lakes, vast green spaces, and privacy-focused landscapes.
Bold Volumes, Geometric Precision
The design reflects A-cero’s signature architectural language—clear volumetric composition, linear rigor, and the use of luxurious, natural materials. The exterior is defined by marble travertine cladding paired with expansive glazing, giving the structure a light and modern elegance while maintaining monumental form.

Set on a 4,000 m² sloped site, the home gracefully adapts to the terrain across three levels:
