Mid-Mod Bachelor by 328 Design Group

328 Design Group have recently completed the Mid-Mod Bachelor project in Denver, Colorado. Their work primarily consisted of completely overhauling a home into a distinct contemporary home inspired by the mid-century look.

Beginning with plain vanilla 2000’s golden oak and mismatched furniture, this home was transformed into a contemporary mid-mod bachelor’s pad with bright pops of color and a heavy emphasis on texture. Our client was looking for a space that had a unique and distinct style that was put together and very fun. Overall our main colors were brown and white – however – pattern and materials made this home come to life. From the naturally finished walnut to the semi-gloss white cabinetry every detail is in line and simple. Crisp and detailed. Picket tile from Fireclay Tile was used to create a unique and interesting backsplash adding texture and complexity to a simple and modern environment.
