This apartment in a century-old building in Bilbao, although it had been recently renovated, did not excite its owners. Preserving its original charm from 1910, they have updated it for the 21st century.

This small 50-meter flat has light, space, and, above all, a lot of character. The key to its success lies in the elimination of the corridor that limited the living room to achieve a much larger space. Another of his remains was to add a comfortable office in the kitchen.

The owner of the apartment had a desire to be able to cook and eat comfortably in the kitchen. Spending hours behind the stove is one of her passions and, therefore, she aspired to a kitchen where she could do it.
MOLDINGS THAT FRAME IN A VERY SUBTLE WAY
The moldings are the ideal trick to give the bedroom the necessary classic touch. An effect that multiplies the contrast thanks to the iron appliqués. Light tones invade the room and are very present in the bed accessories: cushions in beige and brown tones, dusty pink blanket, and bedding in a very spring blue.
THE DINING ROOM BY THE WINDOW
The white upholstery and wood together with the light beige walls are the key to making the dining room very bright. Not forgetting the pendant lamp in the dining room that blends in perfectly with the green-toned chairs around the table. This is extendable and was tailor-made to suit the owners’ needs.
