Architect and interior designer Ariana Ahmad has unveiled yet another breathtaking residential project—a 2100 m² country residence located in the scenic outskirts of Moscow. Set on a generous 5000 m² plot, this elegant home is a sanctuary for a large family, envisioned as a multigenerational retreat that seamlessly integrates comfort, luxury, and personal expression.
Timeless Layout Tailored for Living and Leisure
Spanning three floors, this expansive two-story home with an attic offers a thoughtful layout:
-
First Floor: Features a spacious living and dining area, open kitchen, a suite for the owner’s mother, and a dedicated spa zone with a swimming pool, hammam, and massage room.
-
Second Floor: Houses private family quarters including the master bedroom, children’s and guest rooms, and a nanny suite.
-
Attic Level: A creative hub, complete with a gym, office, playroom, mini-kitchen, and dressing room.
-
Basement: Includes a wine room, laundry area, fur storage, and ample seasonal storage.
Additionally, a 180 m² guest summer house on the grounds serves as the perfect venue for hosting events and summer gatherings.
Aesthetic Vision: Warm, Refined, and Inviting
Ahmad’s design philosophy centers on serene elegance. The interiors reflect this with a calming palette of milk chocolate tones, soft textures, and subtle golden highlights. Handcrafted finishes and designer furnishings elevate every space.
“Every piece was carefully curated and crafted to reflect both personality and purpose,” says Ariana Ahmad.
Exquisite Materials & Bespoke Craftsmanship
The interiors feature exclusive materials and artist collaborations, including:
-
Wall panels handcrafted by Tollis Studio (Paris), known for projects with Cartier, Tiffany, and Dior.
-
Custom oak paneling and library shelving, based on Ahmad’s original sketches.
-
A unique TV wall by Christophe Delcourt, topped with an art installation by Zhu Hong.
The use of handmade de Gournay wallpapers, embroidered and beaded, brings layered luxury to the master bedroom and bathrooms.
Design Icons and Global Collectibles
This Moscow residence doubles as a gallery for design aficionados:
-
A Lasvit chandelier graces the entrance, reflecting warm gold tones.
-
A white onyx bench by Charles Kalpakian, first showcased at CosMoscow, anchors the master dressing area.
-
Designer accents by Pierre Yovanovitch, Hubert Le Gall, and Christophe Delcourt enrich the children’s spaces and public areas alike.
Each item, from ottomans to vases, is thoughtfully chosen to contribute to the narrative of elegance and artistic celebration.
