2. A STATELY APARTMENT THAT BOASTS HISTORY

The history of this central Madrid apartment is obvious.Β And the fact is that with the reform, carried out by the Aldescubierto studio, it was not only sought to preserve the original elements of this century-old house, but to enhance them.Β Now they have become a very charming hallmark, like the exposed beams throughout the house or the original wooden columns, which recall the original layout of the floor.

3. A VERY MODERN STATELY LOFT

This loft has a stately skeleton, since the original house treasures more than a century of history, and a modern suit, as well demonstrated by its kitchen, which the decorator Lara Pujol designed as one more piece of furniture in the living room.Β With the reform, Lara kept everything she could, such as the large balcony windows or the spectacular coffered ceiling.
