Pavel and Svetlana Alekseev, the Russian duo of interior designs, have submitted yet another one of their modern remodeling projects. This time, the Just a loft project takes on a 1,076 square foot loft, reworking it by opening up the spaces and coating it in modern fashion.
The apartment is free planning with a total area of 100 square meters.
Customers wanted to combine a kitchen with a living room, two rooms, namely a bedroom and a nursery, which will serve as a guest room while there are no children. There are two bathrooms, a guest room with a shower, and it is advisable to place a washing machine and a main bathroom in the same room through the main bedroom.
The kitchen was placed on the territory of the entrance hall, the bathrooms were left where they were, and it turned out to be an open space of the kitchen and living room with a dining group by the window and for snacks by the kitchen island. The center of the apartment is a living room with a kitchen, and from this space we get into the bedroom on the one hand and the nursery on the other hand i.e. the living room is a walk-through. The customers are a young couple, active, in style preferred a soft and comfortable loft.
