Niu Arquitetura

NIU Arquitetura e Construção is a Brazil-based architecture studio located in Franca (São Paulo) that focuses primarily on residential architecture. Their work explores the relationship between site, programme and material, emphasising open plan living, strong visual connection with nature and a refined material palette. Projects such as the MCZ House exemplify the studio’s approach: a single block aligned with the garden, heavy front façade for privacy and an open rear for leisure, all constructed with natural materials to bring warmth and connection with the landscape.
