The Smallest But Most Stylish Apartment To Live In

The smallest: a duplex in Barcelona with custom furniture

At just 40 m 2 this example is one of the smallest apartments we’ve seen. On the ground floor, the open social area was located where the hall, living room, dining room, and kitchen share space. The floor-to-ceiling shelving designed by the interior designer Gema Ospital stands out, from which the breakfast bar turns into a well-used mini-dining room. Do you want to see the rest?

A bright mini lounge thanks to the terrace

Decorating the living room with the basic pieces is the goal of the small floors. A sofa with a chaise longue is the key to this room which, although small, has just the right elements: comfortable seats, a coffee table, a floor lamp, and a rug. Enough to make it super cozy. And in addition, it is bright thanks to a charming terrace.

A kitchen very well used

The staircase that leads to the upper floor is also the protagonist on this floor. You will see later why. The white kitchen was distributed in a U-shape with the cooking area at the back, and the sink and the worktop on one side.

The bedroom with integrated open bathroom

On the upper floor of this mini duplex, the bedroom and bathroom were located in the suite. For the latter to have more space, they decided to move the washbasin to the room where it is perfectly integrated as another piece of furniture due to its white finish. The sliding door of the wardrobe also uses space. Did you like this mini flat thought to the millimeter?
