Block722

Block722 is a design studio founded in Athens in 2009, led by architect Sotiris Tsergas and interior designer Katja Margaritoglou. The practice blends Greek and Scandinavian heritage with a deep commitment to craft, materials and context. Projects span from private residences and villas to boutique hotels, wellness spaces and restaurant interiors. The studio manages all phases of design and delivery — from initial concept through construction and completion — and works closely with local artisans and collaborators to realise architecture that is confident, calm and enduring.
