How To Keep Alive Your Plants & Flowers During The Cold Days

The cold days have arrived and flowers and plants from the balconies and terraces have to be adapted to the new conditions indoors. Many kinds of flowers and houseplants do not respond to changes in weather, as the amount of light, humidity, temperature … All this affects the growth of the plant, so as they change the space, they can begin to vein and lose their leaves. In order for your plants to hibernate in your interior, it is necessary to provide them with basic conditions.

When it comes to temperature, the ideal temperature for maintaining flowers and houseplants is between 15 and 20 degrees. However, some plants, fit lower temperatures, averaging 4 to 10 degrees, so you can place them in a cooler hallway or garage.

For your plants to grow beautifully, regularly remove dried leaves and check their humidity. In addition to light, plants need humidity that does not suit your homes, especially in winter because of heating. Next to the heaters, place a pot of water in order to provide the plants with the required amount of humidity.

Plants should also be watered during the winter. Watering depends on the type of plant, as well as the temperature of the room.
