The Montauk Beach House is a contemporary two-story beach house designed in 2014 by the New York City based firm – KATCH I.D. The Montauk Beach House is a three level home, tailor made for entertaining, offering 4 guest suites as well as great outdoor areas such as an expansive patio clad in marble, an infinity pool, a 10-person spa and a roof deck with an overscaled banquette and fire pit.

We created an elegantly simple decoration scheme that provides ample areas to relax and entertain family and friends, and enjoy the dramatic ocean views.”
