Mini House That Has It All

The ‘tiny houses’ are a hit with their thousand ideas to make the most of small spaces. If not, tell this mini house on a plot of 120 m2. From the outside, its white facade makes us intuit that it is a house for couples. And it delights us with a small garden with a swimming pool, just in front of a porch ideal for sheltering from the sun. Inside it does not disappoint either, very cosy with its 42 m2 with a kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom in the attic and a bathroom. The best? Which is for rent and is perfect for a summer getaway to Turkey. Let’s go to see her!

KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM IN THE SAME SPACE

As soon as the door is opened, we discover at a glance the rooms of this mini house. Its plant is elongated and narrow, and to take advantage of its 42 m2 it does not have a hall, but rather you enter directly into the kitchen. This shares space with the living room, very practical when meters are missing, and leaves the free passage area with the base units distributed in parallel. Upstairs, going up the stairs, we sense the bedroom, and at the end, behind the door, the bathroom.

THE WHITE AND THE HIGH CEILING LIGHTEN THE ATMOSPHERE

Of course, although it is a narrow house, the feeling is not overwhelming. The key? That high ceiling and decoration with few furniture and based on white, which gives light. Together with the wooden floor, beams, doors and windows, it is a super cosy rustic-style mini house. Another trick: the roof windows (there is one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom), which fill it with more natural light and make it look more spacious. Wow!

A RUSTIC KITCHEN WITH RETRO TOUCHES

The open kitchen is perfectly integrated into the rustic decoration of the house thanks to its white and panelled fronts and the wooden worktop. In addition, it has a certain vintage air, with a cream white retro fridge and a ceramic sink with an exposed front. Although the fridge not only adds style. Being short, it is not an obstacle to sight, something important because it is the first thing you see when you enter and it is next to the stairs.

THE BEDROOM IS IN THE ATTIC JUST ABOVE THE LIVING ROOM

One of the great keys to this mini house is the attic, which solves the problem of space very well, taking advantage of the height of the ceiling. Being connected to the rest of the house, but with some privacy up the stairs, the attic was the perfect place to install the bedroom. The fact that it is not a completely closed room also helps the space breathe and look lighter.
