Madin Hotel by Cityspace’ 82 Architects

The Madin Hotel project is an ultra-luxury hotel design from a leading firm – Cityspace’ 82 Architects lead by Ar. Sumit Dhawan.

Having experience of almost two decades, Sumit has single-handedly nurtured this firm and given it a position where it stands today. His architect father Satish Dhawan worked with CPWD and had a great exposure to the International Market. Having said that, he has done projects for politicians, bureaucrats, lawyers, the residence of famous Yuvraj Singh and Gautam Gambhir. Also, his work is appreciated by developers whom he has collaborated with: DLF, Ansal Group, Orchid, Mgf are to name a few.

Navigating India’s surreal city on the Ganges, the city of Varanasi is known for its holy rivers, unholy bhang lassi, ghats, and goats in sweaters. Inspired by an infusion of the city’s tranquillity, Madin Hotel confers onto a myriad of leisure pursuits at the doorstep of this holy city. The design scheme forms a perfect concoction of rich contemporary international standards and time-honored tradition, offering a complete range of hospitality, leisure, and entertainment facilities. The built form is truly exemplary of vertical construction done at its best.

With a crystal clear and straightforward brief, the client desired to carry forward the baton of Meraden Group’s tradition of cordial and dynamic service that ushers a new metaphor of professionalism and passion in the city’s hospitality circuit. The simple objective was to offer both business and leisure travelers a new way to relaxation and comfort while incorporating international benchmarks.
