Clear Water Bay Residence by Superdraft Pty. Ltd. in Queensland, Australia

This luxurious waterfront home stands in Clear Island Waters, a popular real estate spot in Queensland Australia. Gold Coast Architects from Superdraft Pty. Ltd. designed and this getaway house for one of their clients, and it rose like a getaway home for the owner.

The highlight of this house is the fabulous resort pool which encompasses the whole ground floor. Water flows through the house like a stream before it falls to a canal. The pool view adds to the great Gold Coast skyline seen from the property. Architects used that advantage to create numerous patios. Each one has a cedar-lined ceiling, smooth sandstone underfoot, and frameless glass fencing. As you move inside the house, the floors change into a dark stained oak. Almost all the seating used is either made with wicker or wood, which further brings nature to the interiors. The ground floor is also shared with a modern kitchen, guest suite, game room, and a mini home theater. There’s a floating’ staircase made of merbau timber which takes you upstairs to a lounge area, a study, three more bedrooms, and a master suite with it’s own bathroom. Most of the bedrooms have terraces and balconies too, so each room has its share the great view.
