The Hive Architects

The Hive Architects is a design practice founded in 2020 by Michael Xirokostas and Theodoros Panopoulos in Athens, Greece. The studio focuses on residential, hospitality, and urban projects, combining volumetric play, local materials, and site-specific strategies.
Guided by a “hive mind” philosophy of collective intelligence, they engage in a collaborative design process that honors environmental context and user experience. Their architecture aspires to be adaptive, expressive, and attuned to both the natural and built environments.
