A Bohemian Chic Vacation Home In Casablanca

Carrying out a decoration strong in disorientation, combining artisanal accumulations, natural materials and authentic character means a lot.  Indeed, this seaside interior is inspired by the country in which it is located: Morocco.

After an atmosphere of trust was installed, many emails were exchanged to send the different mood boards, also called trend boards. They make it possible to visualize the atmosphere of the future room. Once validated, Diane will start the visuals and plans in three dimensions.

The Mediterranean atmosphere was required with a bohemian chic touch. The interior designer was thus guided to rooms with nomadic inspirations and a real invitation to travel. This mix of style seduces with its simplicity and spirit of freedom. She opted for wall accumulations and cushions associated with Berber rugs, or furniture favoring natural materials with wooden bedside tables, straw suspensions, and bed linen in organic linen or cotton. Led to think about a new layout which allowed one of the rooms to have seen on the sea. Indeed, a work of measurement on the plan was carried out to obtain this result. The result is original and comfortable, it is a real cocoon to disconnect and recharge your batteries.

As for the living room, it overlooks an irreparably blue view. The designer wanted to achieve for this villa in Casablanca, warm space and a spacious layout thanks to an open-plan living room which allows obtaining an open space propagating an incredible light that floods the whole room. As for the large bay window, it was obvious to capture maximum light throughout the day. Purity and serenity are illustrated by soft lines while respecting the spirit and the refinement of the piece requested by the client. A bench as a sofa accompanied by many hand-made cushions to recall an atmosphere of escape and specific to the city.

The room is supported by hessian rugs of different shapes and associations of imposing plant suspensions. A. rediscovers the soul and identity of Moroccan villas that have been present for hundreds of years.

BATHROOM DECORATION – TRAVEL AND AUTHENTICITY

For the bathroom, we find mosaic tileswaxed concrete, and wicker decoration elements inspired directly from traditional Arab and North African baths. We continue to travel in this oriental culture. This piece has a more gray color palette, where every detail has been carefully thought out.

This as well as the interior of gives way to a minimalist style combining a bohemian and oceanic atmosphere where each element is worked with care to accentuate this impression of escape. Wood, rattan which are the essential materials for the bohemian style, light colors since white is not synonymous with emptiness but rather a symbol of purity, and finally beautiful suspensions to harmonize this atmosphere. It is important to cultivate a relaxing atmosphere to obtain a haven of peace.
